David L. Gilbert, CCIM
is President and Managing Principal of Penn Realty Advisors, Inc. He is a 40+ year veteran of real estate, finance and the securities industry. He was awarded the coveted CCIM professional designation by the CCIM Institute in 1980.
Dave is licensed in the State of Colorado as a licensed real estate broker and as a licensed mortgage broker specializing in commercial-investment real estate. He is also a member of the CCIM Partner network and is able to facilitate functions in most states thru the Partners network program.
